About Us

The primary goal of my action plan is to foster mental health literacy and raise awareness in order to combat stigma and foster a more inclusive environment. Mental health is something which impacts every person irrespective of their race, age, gender, socioeconomic status or other characteristics; however, people still refuse to address this problem, mostly because of the fear of judgment or misunderstanding from the side of other individuals.

It is crucial to change the mindset of people and show them that discussing their problems and receiving adequate support in this case is a sign of strength, rather than a weakness.

First of all, the website will become a platform which allows users to share their personal stories about different situations they faced and describe how they coped with them.

In other words, through sharing experiences, visitors of the page will come to an understanding that experiencing problems related to one’s mental state does not mean that he or she is not valuable and does not deserve to live and enjoy life fully.
